Types of retail business from larger to smaller:

Hypermarkets are  usually located outside towns and cities and sell many products, such as food, clothes, furniture and electronics.

Supermarkets are large businesses that sell a variety of different products.

Specialist shops are smaller businesses that sell only one type of product or service.

Markets are where sellers meet to sell their products. Small businesses sell specific products. Markets can be in outdoor spaces, or in a special building.
